Welcome to the website of New Horizons Gym. Based in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, and very convenient for Aylesbury and Thame.
Why Haddenham? Well, Haddenham is a lovely village set in beautiful countryside and the previous health centre is a great building in a good location with ample, easy parking.
Everyone is welcome to our gym regardless of shape, age or health. No one should feel there are any barriers or feel intimidated. After all, embarking on a fitness campaign will enhance your health and life expectancy.
New Horizons Gym is personally run by the owner so, unlike a large corporate gym, is very hands on. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive and to help this along we are planning various social events.
